Challenges and Opportunities

Food security has become a growing concern for organizations worldwide. According to the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), over 25.96% of the global population is currently facing food insecurity. This issue has been further exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic, the intensifying impacts of climate change—which continue to disrupt agricultural output—and growing challenges in food logistics, driven by rising fuel costs and ongoing geopolitical conflicts. Food security is one of our core strategies, the Company recognizes the importance of this issue and is committed to taking on social responsibility as the leading food supply chain.
