The program focuses on developing knowledge and understanding of global trends and emerging technology transformations to enhance operational efficiency and drive stronger business growth. It cultivates leaders through collaborative work among program participants, streamlining work processes, reducing operational steps through flattened decision-making hierarchies, and helping participants recognize their roles in self-development and collaborative teamwork with others. This prepares the participants to effectively navigate through changes and competitiveness of the business landscape.
